About Coach

With 18 years of coaching experience in fitness and sports, I still learn from every session and love learning and developing my craft in the ever-changing and evolving world of Strength and Conditioning. Before competing and coaching CrossFit, my main sports were Football, until a knee Injury opened the door to Boxing. Boxing for the RAF led me to represent club and country against Jamaica in Bermuda. On the other end of the spectrum, finishing 6th place team in the 24-hour Worlds Toughest Mudder was a highlight in the Endurance world.

Turning Point

We have all been on the volume train, me included, training for hours on end daily and even worse, not backed up by good recovery. When I did my CrossFit Level 1 back in 2014, I began to understand that intensity is key and more is not more! Similarly, you spend 3-5 hours a week in the gym, what you do the other 163 is arguably more important, eating, sleeping, recovering, enjoying life, I understand better than ever now. The CrossFit methodology brings the intensity and a supportive community to keep you accountable. I really believe it is the best program.

Motivation & Passion

I really enjoy competing and have done so my whole life, and will continue to do so for many years to come. I love training with and coaching athletes, but my other passion lies with the 99% who just want to live long and prosperous lives. I want the work you do in the gym to improve your life outside of it. I want your CrossFit class to be the best hour of your day, leading you to show up consistently. This is where the gains are.
