Gav Plews

Gav looks after our Hyrox and Fitness Racing classes. Completing his first Hyrox race in Manchester in 2023, Gav has since gone on to complete 6 full races, competing in solo, same-sex pairs and mixed-pairs divisions, in the UK and abroad. Anything you need to know about completing a Hyrox race - Gav will have the answers! Alongside his Hyrox racing, Gav also competes in other Fitness Races, such as Turf Games, AthX, Hybrid Games and others, alongside his numerous CrossFit competitions!
