A little about me, I started CrossFit on my 30th birthday and never looked back! I have loved CrossFit for over ten years and I still continue to learn, grow and improve! As a coach, I love supporting people to do things they never thought was possible, as a Cross Fitter, I love pushing myself with the support of an amazing community.
