About Coach

After several years training in a conventional commercial gym, I discovered CrossFit while searching for a way to break through a plateau in my progress. I came across the CrossFit main site, started reading about the methodology, and was instantly hooked. I began my CrossFit journey in 2013 and transitioned into coaching in 2014, earning my CF-L1 certification. I later advanced to CF-L2 to deepen my understanding and coaching skills.

Outside the gym, I’ve always had a passion for sport and movement. I’ve played rugby for over a decade and enjoy mountain biking, hiking, and snowboarding whenever I get the chance.

As a coach, I’m driven by the opportunity to apply the knowledge gained through CrossFit certifications in a class setting—helping members improve their skills, build confidence, and better understand the principles behind the training.
