What is CrossFit?
CrossFit is a fitness methodology centered around "constantly varied, high-intensity, functional movements" to build overall fitness. It combines weightlifting, gymnastics, and cardio like running and rowing into daily, constantly changing workouts known as WODs (Workout of the Day).
